You paid for a 3 year extended warranty. Why are you surprised they fixed it? You PAID for that warranty, and if you don’t mind my asking, how MUCH is that 3 year warranty?
Yeah I bought it, messed up and DID NOT ACTIVATE IT and the cost was around $150...and she got a complete refurb for that cost...they COULD have told me to pound sand.
