I was in Oak Bluffs last week(golfing at Farm Neck GC..awesome course). I’ve heard that Oak Bluffs has a sizeable AA population in the summer, but I’ve never seen it.....
Oak Bluffs has always been the summer destination of affluent blacks from NY and the surrounding area. I went on a house tour, in Oak Bluffs, visiting the homes of some of these very wealthy blacks. The homes were magnificent.
