Seems like it would be cheaper to fly to Kenya and get your own copy.

I'm just curious. Is there NOWHERE on earth to hold this auction other than EBay?
If they are just not interested, why not try Craig's List, or something like that. Quit beating your head against that EBay wall.
To: Red Steel
I thought such documents were auctioned at Sotheby’s in London.

They sell other birth certificates on Ebay. This is ridiculous! If people want to buy it, ebay will make money on it, so there has to be some other reason. Hope she keeps trying.

I certainly would not want to write a life insurance policy on the seller. He had better have a pretty intricate trail between his username and his actual identity.
To: Red Steel
I now question the authenticity of the “document” based on the seller’s apparent monetary gain as a priority.
What price does this seller place on his own freedom?
Watch him quickly disappear from the face of the earth, if for no other reason than to deter others from similar quests be they legitimate or not.

Do not contact the seller, as he will not answer, the FBI has raided his residence and seized all false documents along with the computer. If you wish to contact the seller, please visit Fort Marcy Park..
