If the doctor continued to take Jacko’s money and provide “care” and advice when the patient refused to to follow his instructions,and the doctor was aware of the patient being a serious drug abuser;then I still maintain the doctor is guilty of greed and aiding the drug abuse.
I read somewhere & within the last couple of days that there were a lot of prescriptions in other people's names hauled out of Jacko's house. That could indicate that there isn't any one doctor but rather as many as there were different scripts.
