I would walk on a deal like that JUST BECAUSE they are Obama worshiping cheapskates... AND I would let them know that is the reason I am walking on the deal.
Yeah -— I hate to make a decision about a house based on politics, but it is tempting. Our second-choice home is owned by a retiring military officer who had John Wayne posters in his rec room.
