What a tangled web this is. If Debbie Rowe is the mother of the two older kids, they are technically Jewish under Jewish law. Since the status goes down through the female line, the daughter would pass it on to her daughter. The upshot would be that if either of those kids or a female descendant wanted to marry a Jew, they wouldn’t have to go through a full conversion. If Debbie Rowe is just a surrogate, all bets all off. Ironically Elvis’s mother was Jewish but his daughter, the first wife, would not have received that status.
