There are approximately 8 1/2 days remaining on the auction. Bidding has just exceeded $900k with no cap. Seller agrees to allow buyer to verify in person with document specialist prior to paying. If buyer deems document fraudulent, buyer can walk.
It isn’t the birth certificate. It is a dissertation.
Why so many threads? Aren’t there several going already?
This auction has been scrubbed by Ebay 4 times because it included the sale of the BC, deemed a ‘government ID’ by Ebay and banned as qualified. The seller amended their auction (over and over) to finally appease ebay and the dissertation is how it’s labelled, with the BC thrown in to the winner. Hence the offer for the buyer to bring a document specialist to verify it.
This is interesting. The seller is calling it a dissertation on Obama’s birth.
is this to get around ebay taking it down when he said it was a Kenyan birth certificate?

Right, and no media reporting on the “wacky” story now reaching bidding of a million dollars for the President of The United States’ birth certificate!
If you ever had any doubts whether the left has serious fears about this issue, this deafening silence should give you the answer.

Why can’t you people pay attention? He using that “phrase” to get around Ebay’s restriction against auctioning off governmental documents.

Read up..the seller put it up 4 times previously..eBay yanked it-—the seller had to do a roundabout strategy ot keep it up..calling it a dissertation with accompanying “evidence”.
Well he has made a little boo boo of his own. I posted on a previous thread. He has supplied a quote at the bottom of the auction and attributed it to Franklin Roosevelt. It was not Franklin but Teddy that said this.
I would think as a collector of Historical documents, he should know this.

If this document is authentic, how much would the Left pay to get their hands on it? Could this explain the high bids?

The fact that Ebay keeps pulling it down, should be enough of a story for the press to do a story.
For that matter, why doesn't the seller take it to another auction site.
Or take it to a blogger and post the bids. It'll get attention on the net, that's for sure.
