It’s a reference to a well-known incident from a couple of years ago in Portsmouth when a bunch of knuckle-dragging chavs gathered into a lynchmob and attacked a registered paedeatrician’s house, because the collective IQ of the mob barely reached double figures, and they just saw the ‘paed’ in the lady’s title and assumed it stood for ‘paedo’....
