a couple of weeks back eBay had changed their Terms of Service in regards to such items. Coincidence?
Ebay is just trying to protect consumers. LOL.. I understand. But this posting is pretty clear—you don’t have to pay for it if you don’t deem it legitimate after looking at it. I just hope this person wears a bullet-proof vest at the meeting on the steps of the Iowa State Capitol for the exchange. Chances are some Chicago-type thugs will be waiting on nearby rooftops.
