He was honoring Obambi by not singing “Born in the USA”.

Bruce Springsteen is a prat. Should have invited Ted Nugent.
He refused to sing that piece of crap? The audience should consider itself lucky.
As I recxall, Bruce got REALLU UPSET that Reagan co-opted the song during his election campaign, playing it at most of his campaign stops. People heard the chorus over and over, which gave people a different idea about it.
Bruce never got ove that, IMHO.
