If is indeed correct in content, then Barry's birth certificate (although helpful as evidence) doesn't really matter.

Barry's father was Kenyan and subject to the British crown, which is contrary to the U.S. constitutions requirement that “both” parents be U.S. citizens, as well as the constitutional requirement to be born on U.S. soil.
