You’d better check any covenants in the area that have restrictions on the heighth of your proposed structure, fottprint and total SF.

A number of people in the state of Washington have assumed that once a building is built that does not comply, they may at most face some sort of fine. They have been wrong. In every instance, the courts have ordered them to tear it down or modify the structure in order to comply with the restrictions.

We are below the height restriction and are below the SF alotted us in a rebuild.

DOes anyone know if my land is land courted if someone can get a perscriptive easement of right of way over my property?
