Actually it’s Rin Tin Tin X, a direct descendant of the original Hollywood canine who in the 1920s was one of the movies’ most popular stars. “Rinny” will meet his fans from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 4; a selection of films featuring his acting ancestors will be shown throughout the day in the J.C. Nichols Auditorium. Admission is free.
