It's a scene from The Chronicles of Riddick; pictured is Lord Marshal, the (somewhat undead) leader of the Necromongers. The Necromongers believe in the Underverse, a sort of dark mirror of the universe where they can achieve an undead immortality. They go from planet to planet forcing conversions to the Necromonger religion, all who don't convert are killed.

kids should be studying physics at 13 to 15, yes. Calculus should be taught at that age too and kids MUST learn one of the following languages: Latin, Greek or Sanskrit — each of these are mathematically organized and are shown to improve one’s ability to comprehend maths

Clever use of a celestial body to distract a tattooed guy (about to get a woody) from noticing the errors on the board.

Bizarrely, it helps if the hill is very large. At first, as you increase the size of the hill, quantum tunneling is suppressed; but then the rate of tunneling dramatically increases
Bizarro world. A theory that predicts everything imaginable with no distinction, predicts nothing. Well on the bright side, I don't have to shave in that universe. Unfortunately... the hairs grow into my face.
