I've tried grabbing screen shots of the guy's fist above her
face just as the blood appears. The video is just too low quality.

Even worse at full-screen size.

The guy appears to be squeezing something that squirts.

I have some image enhancement tools on an old computer, maybe I'll unship it and see what I can do.

I remain unconvinced.
