I think a little kindness would be welcomed here, obviously the girl has some issues, she really needs help in lots of areas mental and physical.
Perfect example of bad parenting. Who knows what we would be like in similar situation and what that girl has been thru in her life.
In these days the general culture is so immoral and confusing, all the public moral guideposts are turned to point the wrong way — even a good parent has a very hard time.
