When I saw this commercial last night, I almost spit out my drink. Even my gun-novice fiancee called b.s. on this one. She asked: "What the hell is an Armor Piercing Rifle? What do they do, throw it at a tank, and see if it'll penetrate it?" It just never ceases to amaze me how gullible the media think that people are, and even more so, how ignorant towards firearms the media have demonstrated themselves. This commercial is almost as bad as the politician that wanted to ban "high velocity magazines."

This commercial is almost as bad as the politician that wanted to ban "high velocity magazines." Coffee doesn't feel real nice going through the nose at 6 AM. Thanks!
And wow... just... wow. Does Corzine do ANY research before spending money to put out propaganda? WTF is an "armor piercing rifle?"

Banning Armor Piercing Rifles
Armor piercing rifle??? What. You through the rifle at a piece of armor and it penetrates through it?
Politicians and the Government media are so ignorant when it comes to weapons I just don’t know if the ignorance is because they are well stupid or because they really know better but think the American public is stupid.

Bad thing about it is, stupid polititions say these stupid things and their zombie followers repeat it over and over again. A lot like the hope and change BS. Hope and change/Armor Piercing Rifle/high velocity magazines. It gets worse every freakin day.

NJ Governor Jon Corzine vows to ban "Armor Piercing Rifles" (Media Ignorance Alert), This commercial is almost as bad as the politician that wanted to ban "high velocity magazines."
