Virtually every serial killer starts out by killing animals. This monstrous "kid" should be sent to live right next to this idiotic, incompetent judge.

All of you who commented here to do harm to this kid, boy, man, whatever are potential serial killers. Your all just as nuts. Maybe, just maybe all those cats were pissing all over his yard, you know what that smells like. Keep them on a leash unless you have lots of property they won't stray from.
