where if the volcano ride in relation to the picture? Here you can see the bottom of the tower in the picture above right next to the volcano roller coaster.
The tower as seen from the volcano roller coaster bottom.
..and a good image of the volcano roller coaster

This paragraph makes no sense. The UFO investigator (are they licensed?) agrees it was a smoke ring. Then explains why he doesn’t agree that it’s a smoke ring.
Guys like this have a lot in common with people that “see” images of the Virgin Mary in everyday items (grilled cheese sandwiches, window reflections, etc...)and feel compeled to declare them religious artifacts that should be worshiped.
They WANT to believe. Their first reaction is, it must be a UFO (or the Virgin Mary). Then you have to convice them otherwise. Exactly backwards of what basic logic/critical thinking would teach.

JPB, you're lowering your standards.
(I know...who would've thought that possible, right?)

I’ll see if I can find a map of the park. Been there, it’s the volcano. Sorry to disappoint.....

I can clearly see a space monster waving in that smoke ring you posted. Unfortunately, he’s missing his right leg below the knee.

My brother actually recorded that video when he was at Kings Dominion on Saturday, and put that on YouTube for us family members to see. (He is properly credited on the news sites now as well). He just thinks it was probably the volcano smoke too, and has no trouble with the Kings Dominion explanation. He filmed it because he thought it looked so odd when it retained that shape for 15-20 minutes, and didn’t appear to move away at all. It stayed exactly like that for far longer than this minute-long clip.
