That’s a difficult request . . . been a problem all my life.
In one critical situation in Taipei, a friend was helping me with a project . . . 80% of her requests for me to condense and edit resulted in a LONGER doc.
My own bias is I’d rather have the doc in a thread in whole rather than clicking on a link. Many folks won’t read it at all even if it’s just a click away.
I suppose I could consider TRYING TO lessen the percentage of docs I thought worth posting all of . . . IF A LARGE PERCENTAGE OF THE LIST WANTED ME TO . . .

but it’s just not my style. It much goes against the grain, for some reason.
I suppose you could just use the scroll button whenever you see a whole doc posted.
I try to please everyone as much as I can. Sorry I can’t succeed at that.
