Call the phone company - and ask for help. If it's the first time - and you're willing to add an “unlimited” texting to your account on that phone - they'll usually drop most of the charges. We have phones for grandkids on our account and one of them accidentally pulled in about $800 worth of roaming charges one summer. Alltel checked out our account - told us to be more careful in the future - and took the charges off.
