How many RAM slots does he have open?

I dunno. Haven't opened the computer yet. I looked up the ram specs in the control panel.

You don't have to open the PC to know how many RAM slots you have.

Download and install CPU-Z. Once you start it up, click the "SPD" tab (it's the second-to-last-tab at the top) and then click the drop-down arrow next to "Slot 1." This will tell you.
