Good ideas. We also need the "Sports Management Czar" to limit GM salaries and make sure that no team is run better than any other (Hawks, Thrashers, and Detroit Lions can be the standard you are not allowed to go above unless another team outdoes them and the standard will be lowered).

Then we need the "Draft Czar" to determine if any team drafts more talent than they deserve. Those players will be added to the new government teams that need to be created (or taken over by the government). The Draft Czar will not be limited to just draft issues. He will be allowed to take any player from any team at any time if the government teams need help. And if he determines that your team needs help, the government will take it over.
