I hate cat irresponsible cat owners that let their animals roam free all over other peoples’ property. These are the people that have no regard for what their animals do to other peoples’ animals, property, landscapes - despite ordinances and laws clearly stating animals need to be under the owner’s control - either by a leash or a run line, or contained by a fence/invisible fence.

Yeah, it really doesn’t matter what kind of animal you’re talking about. Dogs, cats, whatever. It goes back to the owner not being responsible for their own animals.
