I have used them all from version 3.1 to XP. Have not used Vista or the new beta.

I built my first PC in 1983 and have been at this a while.

I prefer Linux to Windows for my personal machines.

My work machine is XP. There are some apps that I cannot find an equivalent in the Linux environment or I would not use Windows at all.

Have used Linux for 10 years. My first version was a flavor of Slackware and my first GUI version was Redhat 5.5.

I hate bloated software. My day is spent in a spreadsheet, database, and publishing programs.

I am not anti-Windows, just do not like some of the motives of MicroSoft, and do not trust them on security.
