I agree. Assuming that she was driving on a road (rather than a sidewalk or someone’s yard), then they are both equally guilty. Similar to the legal doctrine of “mutual combat”, where two people agree to have a fight outside of the bar, and the loser dies. Generally, no charges are filed.

Yes, but it’s Venice Beach. Maybe, I’m wrong, but I think that’s one of the last places you want to hit a skateboarder.
