As far as the sentencing goes, I'm a bit from the old school here. Slap on the wrist fine is what should happen and a job away from the authority of teenagers, for the same reason that bosses shouldn't sleep with employees or those in fidiciary duty shouldn't cross boundaries.
Is she a predator for this? no. Would I have a different opinion if it was a guy pleading? Yes. Is it a double standard? Yes. Should there be one? Yes. Why? Because men and women are different, and guys are more predatorial, unless the woman is scorned....
