It’s called the linea niagra. It’s common in women of all races during pregnancy, and fades after delivery. It’s especially prominent in women of African descent.
C-section scars are horizontal and comparably tiny.

That is skin discoloration that is naturally occuring during pregnancy. It will go away in time after she delivers. Very common occurance.
