Hate to ruin things but there is some indication that zero was introducing his staff, not being rejected. Here’s Ace of Spades with the speculation (copy and paste):

But that’s a liberal blog and they will spin the story to their liking.

I don’t think you watched the video. He kept reaching, was not making an introductory gesture, it was a reaching for a hand shake and they kept going right by his hand and on to the the next guy except for the last guy in line, that guy shook Bozo’s hand.

Axelrod and Jarrett are second and third ones. The first one did not shake Obama’s hand also.
Next, the gesture is clearly to shake hands; as an introduction gesture it is quite awkward. Besides, why person #4 shook his “introducing” hand??
Looks like Obama was behaving like a dummy - extending a hand to everyone...

But if he was introducing his staff, he wouldn’t put out his hand for a shake would he?

Do you know this. He did not turn from the person he “was introducing” and look at King Abdullah as anyone would do when introducing one person to another. He just kept looking at and reaching out in a jester that clearly looked like someone would make if trying to shake a hand.
