I think the limit on primers is 10,000 without any particular requirements for fire protection.

I have no idea what the limit is on powder, either “smokeless” or “black”.

There are no federal storage limits. The DOT regulates shipment of powder and ammo.

Some states (like Mass.) have ammo storage limits.

Your local fire code may have powder storage limits.
