I have a cooked chicken breast in the refrigerator..I’m going to cook rice and use the teriyaki sauce for dinner.
So simple - and SO good, Meg! I bought a whole beef tenderloin when it was on sale for less than half price, a few months ago.
I cut it into single serving sizes, froze all the steaks on a cookie sheet, then vacuum sealed them individually, and put them back in the freezer. They are perfect for a tender beef bowl.
Yummm - guess what I will fix for dinner tonight, too?
