I made a Hummingbird cake this morning..I had forgotten about
some green bananas I had put away to ripen and salvaged them just
in time..I was not planning on baking a cake!

You will not believe that yesterday I made a recipe folder on my computer and went through a bunch of recipes to copy into the folder. And there was the Hummingbird Cake recipe. It started with yorkie’s Peach Cobbler and then I couldn’t stop!
I knew if I didn’t transfer them, they might get deleted eventually! (you said you weren’t planning to make a cake...I know because yesterday you were going to do the cobbler...LOL!) Guess the bananas changed your mind!

I had decided to put off the cobbler baking until I got some
butter..I did not have a cake as one of my prioities at all!

It is another easy cake to make, thouugh. I'll freeze some of it.
I have fresh strawberries and angel food cake to finish off.
