But would a red-wood handled, satin-finish stainless steel SA .45 Long Colt count as a “Big Iron”? If so, I think he could get away with wearing THAT with a white sport coat.
I’ve worn that gun with a white dinner jacket and black pants before and it looked fine. It’s my “formal” revolver.
