The real concern is whether one of our usual staunch pit bull defenders doesn’t appear on this thread. Or those folks who will show up and say how can you be so insensitive as to make light of the situation?

Only an idiot would shoot someone over a dog!!!Especially since they did so to protect their pet. My guess is the average IQ went up a couple of points in that neighborhood.

That neighbor must have had an interesting childhood. MURDEROUS came to mind as a description of Mr. Younce’s behavior when I read the article. “Childish” was never even in consideration.

The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation is in charge of the investigation. Officers say Animal Control removed a dead pit bull from Younce's property. A Chihuahua, which was not harmed, was also taken from the property.Chihuahuas are a public menace...

yeah, i guess. i have known some awesome pits. but i have also seen some awful ones.
would i have one around my family? tough call. would lean towards 'no.' they are very, very strong and there would be little to do besides shoot one if they went nuts.

i am used to using 'word' where it capitalizes the proper words for you. when i am posting i dislike using the shift key. takes too much time and effort since i never really learned how to type properly.
BUT I KNOW WHERE THE CAPS LOCK KEY IS!
