Go Wings!
Thanks for nothing. My next move was to close the net browser and sit back for the recorded game.
Welcome to deja vu
If you read the game notes from ESPN’s recap of this game, they have a note about their defenseman Ericsson who had an emergency appendectomy today. Then they say that he’ll be back to play in the finals on Saturday. Even for a hockey guy, that’s asking a bit much.
And how is this breaking news?
I’m a Blue Jackets fan and I hate both teams. But I wouldn’t miss this series for anything.
WooHoo...Go Wings!! I grew up watching them on my parents black and white TV in the mid-sixties. Loved em’ my whole life!
Yawn!
I’m glad they moved the first game up to Saturday. Go Pens!
GO PENS!
HUGE PEN fan here. Not to mention that I really do hate the Redwings. So, it’s a double double for me! Can’t wait.
Sorry to my friendly Redwing fans everywhere. :}
If you would like to be added or dropped from the Michigan ping list, please freepmail me.
Just like last year I don’t know who to root for. I don’t really like either team. One thing I noticed is that they are putting games 1 and 2 on consecutive nights. That’s interesting. My bet is that this is an NBC power play (no pun intended) so that NBC does not have to show the game during their weekday prime time line-up. I also have a theory that when you have two strong teams like this and they play on consecutive nights that its hard for one team to win both games (although Pittsburgh disproved that theory by winnings games 4 and 5 versus Washington).
