I was standing at the kitchen sink looking out the window when a small disc flew in and hovered approximately six inches from my nose....then just flew away. Weird stuff ;)

What was the appearance of the surface of it?
Orbs of various sizes and colors are known to do similar things.
Reportedly such things are . . . collecting data . . . some assert they can even “feel” their thoughts being read by such craft.
