How far is it from Camp Shelby?Quite a ways away. Shelby is in South Central MS, just South of Hattiesburg, and about 60 miles from the Coast. Horn Lake is up in the Northern part of the state, near the TN line.

Some years ago a relative gave my mom a book of this guy’s photography—”Wild Mississippi”
I was impressed with his work and, of course, loved the images of my home state.
And the latest news I heard was kudzu has completely captured Vicksburg. :)

The Gang Grafitti around this area is apalling. The LA Mayor, Villarigosa, has not done much about it, yet he gets re-elected. Realize this is the same group that let OJ walk.
If this problem is not solved here and soon, it will be in your neighborhood later.
