Baptism does NOT save anyone, wagglebee, and most non-catholics believe that. I believe baptism is essential after one comes to know the Lord but the rite of baptism isn’t salvific. Your faith in Jesus Christ IS.

Then why do nearly all non-Catholic Christians include the Nicene Creed as part of their worship service? The Nicene Creed explicitly states that baptism IS salfivic.
