Uh, I have always wondered about this ... going from a male to a female seems easy to understand ... you just whack off a few parts and do some stitching.
But I just don’t understand the other way ... how do you go from female to male ... I mean ... where do you get the parts?
Maybe they save the parts in a jar from the ones going female?

Tyson chicken . . . . or Chrysler. After all, parts is parts!!
That's one of the reasons for the booming elephant poaching problem in Kenya. Of course staying stocked in peanuts can get expensive. :)
Well, since you asked... I’m going to try to avoid giving you any scarring mental images. But, basically, whether it’s going from male to female or female to male, the simple solution is to basically turn whatever the original was inside out. So, you know how some women can go from ‘innie’ to ‘outtie’ belly buttons during pregnancy, then back to ‘innie’ after they’ve delivered? Same amount of skin, different shape... so sex-change surgery applies this concept to the genitals, and stimulates any necessary nerves and such artificially. Now, I have no idea how functional the results of such surgery are, or how much they resemble the actual item, but that’s how it’s done to avoid issues common with both reattachment and transplant surgery.
You really don't want to know. But in case you do, there are several internet picks out there detailing the procedure.
But, no, you really DON'T want to know.
