Doubt if that will fly as a defense but..

I guess it depends on what the definition of art is.

There was also a recurring character in the TV series Reno 911 where a serial sex offender would, among other things, set up a puppet show or magician’s booth with a ‘secret curtain’ in the local park, or a Haunted House where there was a hole ‘of a suspicious size’ in the side of a bowl of macaroni ‘entrails’ that the women were encouraged to put their hands in.

KFM had the clown hosting the childrens’ show who told the grownups to leave the audience, and then read porn to the remaining kids. Groove Tube had the penis puppet.
