Glenn Beck was telling us just yesterday that Arnold had proposed cutting the Sea Lion budget...I think he said a whopping $125,000 a year to help with the $21 billion budget defecit.

I thought it was the sea otter budget, but I may have misheard. Silly to have when you're up to your eyeballs in debt anyway--a budget for critters (research maybe?)
