re: Picture number 4 and 12...If she is so fantastic why couldn’t someone tell her that her slip was all bunched up around her underwear. LOL! Reminds me of somone walking out of a public restoom with a strand of toilet paper hanging from their underwear.

Michelles license is on “Court Ordered Inactive Status” since 1993. The website ARDC that takes reports of attorney malpractice and investigates them. The records are sealed because a few have tried to find out what she did. obama has tried to circulate that she simply did not comply with the updated courses but that is yet another lie. If michelle wanted to retire she would retire her license as obama has done.

Michelle at the time started working for public allies. But her problems started before that. If the media was honest they would question why the obama’s say Michelle is a esteemed attorney.

Our principal purpose is to assist the Supreme Court to determine a lawyer’s fitness to practice law in Illinois. If a complaint is made that an attorney, licensed to practice law in Illinois, has engaged in illegal, unethical or dishonest conduct, we will investigate and, if warranted, bring formal disciplinary charges. The Supreme Court of Illinois will then ultimately decide if a lawyer should be censured (publicly rebuked), suspended (having the law license to practice either taken away for a certain period of time or placed on a probationary period) or disbarred (having the law license taken away indefinitely).
We cannot impose fines, imprison, obtain monetary damages, enforce remedies between the lawyer and client, or seek civil or criminal relief against a lawyer as part of the disciplinary process. We can affect only the lawyer’s ability to practice law in Illinois.”
Now a interesting part is if you go to ARDC the original website stating inactive court status has been scrubbed. https://www.iardc.org/ldetail.asp?id=905139327. I am sure it is online at other websites because that is how I figured out they scrubbed the truth.

I do understand Michelle can decide to no longer update her license. But does it make sense she would ignore it and have a court ordered suspension? No, it does not. And my understanding is if she did that it would go through other channels like the bar association. Not ARDC.
