PCP is back? PCP is what those awful girls in DC were taking in the late 70s when they dragged some Italian-American mother of 7 off the street and tortured her to death in a garage. I remember reading a statement by one of the woman’s children at the sentencing.
PCP (which, speaking as a horse owner, is great for tranquilizing large animals) seems to turn human beings into monsters.
