Is that just a digital keyboard with a baby grand looking cabinet built around it?
Keyboards are far better than they used to be, but can they duplicate a grand piano’s action?
The first time I was allowed to practice on a true 9’ 8” concert grand, I was (for lack of a better word) completely hooked by that robust action that took real effort to play and at the same time prevented most stumbling. Trying to go back to the family Acrosonic was like falling down stairs.
It does NOT feel like a full-size Steinway.
If you close your eyes you'd swear you were playing an acoustic grand.
(My baby.)
