First of all, I do not give a rats butt what Wesley thought. As far as I am concerned he is a heretic. It does not matter what he said. You can pile up all the sectarians and heretics that you want, it still does not change anything. God made man in his own image and likeness. He breathed a living soul into Adam. Other creatures do not have souls nor a capacity to have union with God. They are for this world only. They are for food and labor, nothing more. There is no need for animals in glory. When they are dead they are nothing more than maggot food. When they are dead they are dead. End of story.
May as well include Martin Luther in your pile of sectarians and heretics, then. You don't sound all that fond of the Protestant Reformation.
