Yes. Through welfare and other programs, trillions have been given to the black community. As David Horowitz pointed out, if American blacks were considered a Nation, they would be the 10th wealthiest nation in the world. Also, the cost of crime on society, by far committed proportionally by blacks, and you probably have the greatest transfer of wealth from one group to another in history.
