Try a slotted roasting pan in the oven. You don’t really have to even turn it.

Grease drops to the bottom and can be poured off or scraped off when done.

Speaking of drippings ... Bacon always generates more grease than can be used ... Does anyone know what to do with the excess?

I hate to throw away such tasty ... umm ... grease.

I sometimes flaver my dog's dry food with it ... it's a toss-up if he dives for it, or non chalantly nibbles at it.

Ideas, anyone?
