Which is very true. If Jim Robinson or his designated moderators ask me to leave, or ban me, then that's their prerogative to do so, as he does own the site. I won't dispute that, and if I get asked to leave five minutes from now by him or the Admin Moderator, I would do so. I would expect you to do so if I asked you to leave my property, after all.
However, there are many other people who have taken it upon themselves to designate as trolls anyone who is not in lockstep with them on every issue. I take issue with those people who think they know the mind of the owner completely, or think they are the final arbiters of what's conservative. They're not.
To come right back around to where you pointed, on this site that task is Jim's and his designated admins/moderators' task. Everyone has the same freedom of speech on this site as anyone else has, but they don't have the right to muzzle others' free speech just because they might disagree with him on an issue or two. All subject to what Jim Robinson or his designated people say.
