I honestly don’t believe he can help himself. (I’m not kidding here). It’s like he has some affliction where his mouth goes into gear before his brain. Seems to be lacking an “edit” button.
I believe you, in fact I have known people like that. I always say that their mouth works faster than their brain, lol.
They just blurt things out without thinking them through.
