It’s the sound and not the letters.
I was tearing up listening to it. That stuff creeps me out, even if it is totally innocent. Playing something backwards is a horrendous sound to me.

It sorta does come out, “nac ew sey,” but it is kinda wierd how much that sounds like “thank you Satan.”
Compare “Thaync yew Saytn” (American pronounciation of Thank you Satan), with “Naync yew Say”. Normally spoken, The “th” and “n” are much closer than you’d think, and the “tan” is very quiet. Stir in the power of suggestion, and it does sound much more like “thank you Satan,” than you’d think.
